HEALTHY HEARTS PROGRAM
If you have been referred by your cardiologist to take part in the Healthy Hearts program, you will be asked to attend for an initial assessment. We will go through your medical and exercise history and develop a plan to best support your recovery and improvement. The Healthy Hearts Program is an 8-week program. You will attend for carefully monitored, supervised exercise sessions twice a week, specifically designed to help you recover from any recent heart event. Your program will be tailored to you, to reduce the risks of further heart issue, and to build your confidence to make ongoing exercise a part of your healthy lifestyle.
POSTURAL ORTHOSTATIC TACHYCARDIA SYNDROME (POTS)
Our POTS Program is aimed at helping you manage and reduce the symptoms of POTS. Your program will be tailored to your symptoms, and to you busy life, to enable easy access to a short course of carefully monitored, supervised exercise. To begin, please book for an initial assessment.
PREVENTATIVE CARDIAC CONDITIONING
If you have been identified as being at risk of cardiac problems, we can develop a preventative program to manage risk factors before they lead to serious cardiac events. Through guided exercise and lifestyle interventions, rehab supports heart health, improves resilience, and empowers people to take proactive steps toward lifelong wellness and disease prevention.
